Smith · Roth · Squires & Ritter was founded in 1986 by principals who came with decades of experience in human resource management and executive recruiting gained from both Fortune 100 companies and major consulting organizations. They were convinced then as strongly as we are convinced today that executive search can and should be done with a greater sense-of-urgency and with a much more effective approach than the accepted norm. Our commitment to that goal has not diminished.
Every assignment is personally handled by a principal of the firm, start to finish – no exceptions.
Our firm is dedicated to provide our clients the highest level of personalized, professional service and customer satisfaction. Identifying, evaluating and recruiting executives, key business leaders and professionals worldwide is our singular focus.
Large enough to succeed on every assignment, yet small enough so that each assignment is critical to the firm’s success.
As a firm, we are large enough to maintain the scale of global resources required to ensure that without exception we serve our clients well. Yet we are small enough so that every assignment is treated as critical to the success of our firm. Our principals’ and our firm’s reputation is built on successfully concluding difficult and complex assignments. We are committed to maintaining and building on our reputation.
